Slipping away again

...See more I've been feeling okay for a little while now. But I'm starting to feel myself slip, and I don't want to fall back into this rabbit hole of depression again, I barely survived the last time I fell. I don't know what to do anymore, who to turn to, anything. I think Im gonna try to talk to a listener for the first time. I hope it helps me.
