It's important to appreciate, but as well as taking time to grief when you need to, get mad when you need to and even feeling funny and just let loose and destress. At the end of the day of rest. Self care includes pausing and breathing slowly thinking of clarity. That's right. Absolutely clear, like imagining a peace of white paper or a white room. Giving yourself the time to breathe, be it for the reason to give yourself space from societal expectation, family, friends or lover's expectstions and maybe even pushing away all the negativity away, end the loop of this hecticness.
