( it anaesthetise a negative feeling state ) “The first three characteristics apply to all sexual behaviour , Good sex involve out of control , bad and good consequences , It is hard to stay stopped because sex is a fundamental human drive. “ “The big factor that lies behind sex addiction is that it is a learned way of escaping and avoiding negative feeling states , So sexual addiction is distinctive in that it is the use of sexual behaviour to anaesthetise a negative feeling state “

...See more I struggle with porn and masturbate addiction for many years I tried alone to quit this addiction many times but I fail So I want someone to help me through my path of quitting this addiction As I find myself more committed to avoid those things when I know that I should tell someone that I do it I just want a listener to follow up with me once per week to tell him about my progress or failure Can anyone help me?
