...See more Hey all ! firstly appologieds im not a great member on this group i very much suck. i pretty much feel so useless right now i am so overwhelmed by a feeling of loneliness, anxiety and horrible low mood. I self harmed last night for the first time in about 12 months i believe. I am just really looking for some people to talk to who understand the struggles that is i guess. I dont really have anyone to talk to , its ironic im a nurse and i spend my time looking after everyone else but im incapable of looking after myself appropriatly i swear. I feel like im suck in a rut and im back to a place i never wanted to be again but here i am . I had recently met a guy who was so good for me but he no longer wants anything to do with me and coming to terms with that has been hard because if nothing else i thought he was a friend in my life and having a friend was nice as i really dont have many which is a struggle . Just wondering if there is anyone out there who wants to chat or i dont even know what i need right now . im just so lonely and feeling so useless. Sending all my love to anyone who takes the time to read this, to anyone having a really horrible time right now and to anyone who needs it in general. xxxx Thanks in advance for even reading this , xxx
