I'm just a college student trying to immerse myself in mental health and do right by people, how can I help?

Overall our chat went good, They are comfortable to talk to. I could talk without restrictions they didn't judge about for what I think or what I believe. They are supportive and respectful listener, they listen patiently and they are quite open to communication and discussion without being forceful.
Amazing, amazing listener. We talked for a really long time, listened patiently to my story which is not easy to tell and not easy to listen. Nice to know kind people exist in your darkest times of need. I'm really grateful. Made one sad Pesach a little more bearable
