...See more I have been having dreams that are hard for me to distinguish between reality and dreams whenever I dream. I will wake up and question if I'm still in a dream or not. I have very vivid dreams from my past and present that make me question if I'm in the dream or not. & then I wake up with my heart beating fast or kicking. Or autonomous leg and foot jerking. I am either in a dream I can't control or I'm falling. Some of the dreams are from the real world situations I have encountered, while other dreams are from my subconscious. I am starting to think about this more and am getting afraid for myself and my perceptions of reality and dreams. I am now having to question my dates and times and days that I am in for the here and now. I am having a hard time trying to remember what I did from 5 minutes ago to two weeks ago. It is progressively getting worse over time. If there is any worksheet exercises to do, that would be great. Any solutions would help. Any books out there for me to read? Currently, I am taking anti-depressants. I have CPTSD. BPD. MDD. So, I try to include hobbies every day into my daily routine.

...See more Howdy y'all. My name is Kelley & I've been living with depression for about almost 3 yrs now. On & off. Recently it's gotten worse. I am taking holistic all natural medicine to lessen the affects of my depression, which did help a lot. I am looking around for a therapist before I spend money. Writing in my personal journal helps me with depression.
