...See more So, it seems (I could be wrong!) most people have anxiety about specific/many things..they work on specific areas of life. But, my anxiety is constant, there is no specific trigger or experience that sets it off. 24/7 I feel like I'm 1 step away from a nervious break down or heart attack. I have no idea what causes this. I don't have specific thoughts of things going wrong, I don't have specific things that I worry about. I just have this incredible feeling of dread and racing in my chest 24/7. It's exhausting. My social worker wants me to start a "thought journal" so we can see if it'll help. Does anyone else here have sever anxiety but not specific anxiety about things? How do you deal with it?
