Hi, I am Lorenzo, I'm 21 years old and I decided to join 7Cups as a Listener to support men's mental health more directly as someone that can lend an ear and, if needed, an advice. I volunteered for three years in a project in my city dedicated to support for men who needed someone to talk to about anything, from insecurities about themselves or their body to depression and trauma.
