...See more How would you get back to mindfulness when things interrupt your focus? Like for instance, kids. Everytime I try to practice mindfulness and/or meditate, it seems my kids "mom alarm" goes off and they NEED my attention. I'm trying to be a less frustrated mom and I'd love to know your thoughts, tips, and tricks.
