I am a mother and a partner to the three most amazing human beings I have ever met and a fur mama to two sweet little fur babies (black lab and tabby cat). I love my job working in the mental health field, especially because I myself have struggled with a few different traumas and addiction issues in my distant past which led to some different mental health issues that presented themselves years later. I am far from perfect and will always have to work hard to be where I want to be mentally, physically and spiritually. I would like nothing more than to support others through their challenges with unconditional listening skills and a belief that with the right mindset we can all overcome even the fiercest of battles.
