I know we could all use an ear sometimes. Even if you have caring loved ones, sometimes you just need the support of someone outside your circle. I'm here to listen. I have experience in counselling and I've had experience in my listed areas of expertise either professionally or personally. I've had my share of life's ups and downs so understand this is all just part of our soul journey. Learning what we can control and what we can't, finding happiness in the here and now despite the turmoil you may be going through - all part of life.
