Bio

Hi, my name is Lucy and it is my ambition to become a counsellor. I want to tackle mental health head on by listening to all experiences and promote kindness, compassion and good health. As a current student I understand the hardships that are involved and I want to help others to increase self-compassion, exercise and healthy eating.
