I am a trained active listener and I am here to support you. This is a judgement-free safe space where you can share whatever is on your mind and in your heart. I will do my best to be there for you and help you feel a little less alone. 

Since a very young age I have wanted to help others in one way or another. Now that I am on my own healing journey, I am so grateful to have found 7 Cups. 

I hope to be of help to you and walk with you through whatever you might be going through.

She is a social media manager for almost 6 years and writing has been her passion since a very young age. As someone who has struggled with anxiety and depression for years, she is passionate about creating awareness of mental health difficulties and diminishing the stigma around this. She has done several courses on psychology, been part of several online support groups, and is currently moderating a local mental health support group that shares tips, experiences, and coping tools with the members.
