...See more Hi everyone, Nice to meet you all. Wanted to post as I've had one of the worst weeks of anxiety I've had in a long while. I feel like I'm constantly on egg shells, I'm constantly feeling like I'm going to bubble over and have a meltdown. I'm anxious in work, always like I'm going to mess up, make mistakes get in trouble... I find it super hard when I have chronic illness to get through each day and just feel like I'm no good. Ive had awful trauma in the past where I've been humiliated and bullied in the workplace which has come to the surface. Im always panicky. I'm anxious about my health, anxious about life in general, we're currently trying for a baby and that's taking a toll... its a horrible way to be in this mindset, I wouldn't wish it on my enemy and trying to get help for this. I need to help myself. Right now though, in this moment, I feel overwhelmed and hard to cope with with intensity of this anxiety.
