...See more 26-04-2025, 5:30 PM Just a while ago, I was going from NICVD towards Abdullah Shah for some work. Suddenly, my heart started beating very, very, very fast, and I began to notice it. When I placed my hand on my chest, I felt a strange sensation. I was climbing stairs at that time and felt like I might fall. I was also talking on the phone, but my entire attention shifted to my body. I quickly went and sat on a chair. I also started feeling discomfort in my stomach, like a stuck burp. When I sat down, I couldn't understand what people around me were saying; it felt like my mind was spinning. Somehow, I tried to control myself and gradually felt a bit relaxed. After about 10 minutes, the strange feeling started to subside, and my heartbeat also returned to normal — I checked it by placing my hand on my chest. Now, I am back in my office at NICVD and feeling a bit better, although I still feel slight pain in my neck when I move it. 26-04-2025, 6:30 PM Right now, I am lying down in my room. I drank some tea a little while ago. Earlier, I checked my BP with the doctor’s aneroid BP apparatus, and it was 110/80. While lying down, I am feeling slight fatigue and confusion. When I place my hand on my heart, it seems to be beating slowly and normally, not fast. I am feeling confused about what exactly is wrong with me. I wonder if I have some heart arrhythmia or another heart issue that doctors are either not able to diagnose properly or I am not able to explain clearly. Maybe I haven’t seriously consulted a doctor yet, or maybe the doctors are not taking me seriously and think I’m joking.
