Bio
Hey there! I’m Luronic, a student and aspiring cardiothoracic surgeon who’s really interested in science, service, and finding ways to make a meaningful impact. A lot of my time goes toward research, especially in areas like cardiac health, genetics, and plant toxicity. I enjoy working at the intersection of biology and data science and figuring out how different pieces fit together. Outside of research, I’m involved in leadership through Scouting, help coordinate research projects, and spend a good amount of time volunteering. When I’m not doing any of that, you’ll probably find me outdoors, hiking, camping, backpacking, or adding to my Pokémon GO collection. More than anything, I want to be someone people feel comfortable talking to. If you need a place to vent, work through something that’s been on your mind, think through a goal, or just have someone listen without judging, I’m here. And if you’d rather talk about STEM, leadership, a project you’re working on, or really anything else, feel free to reach out. I’m always happy to chat.
