We all need someone to talk to in difficult times, and sometimes it is easier sharing your emotions and talking to a stranger . Whatever you are going through , you are not alone! Things might be difficult now and may seem way too much but seeking help and talking alone can definitely make it better. Most importantly, I want you to know that you are loved and really valuable!
