I’m sure people have said to you “just ignore it” or “don’t listen to them” when you know inside that it’s not that simple. You are seen, and your experience is valid. Please please remember that those voices who fill your head with self doubt, self hate, fear or worry, do not control you. While it may feel unbearable at times, please don’t let them get the best of you. My inbox is always open, should you need someone to listen. 💝

...See more Psychosis can be a challenging symptom to experience. It creates confusion, fear, worry, amongst other things. To make things more difficult, many people have not been educated on the topic and thus are often fearful of trying to help.
