...See more Hello everyone my name is Macy. I have been in this relationship for five years I love this man and he loves me. I feel like he mirrors the symptoms of a narcissist. We both have mental health issues I seek help for my anxiety and depression. My anxiety has heightened in the relationship. We both see ourselves marrying each other we both think we're soulmates we know everything about each other we have common interests. But everything else gets tricky he has an immense temper and something as simple as me setting off the fire alarm cooking will make him raise his voice at me and I have to respectfully yell at him back and tell him not to do that s***. We disagree over the stupidest things but he makes them into bigger disagreements I feel like I can never have a conversation about anything with this man is always turns into an argument or who has more knowledge about it. If I'm speaking to him 50% of the time he will straight up ignore me and not respond, he does this to many people. I expressed to him that I want a better sex life and I want to work on it and he will agree and then continue to avoid having sex with me, masturbate to p*** on his own time instead of inviting me with him which I told him he could have done. And then when I try to talk about it he says that I don't initiate sex either but when I do I straight-up get shut down and denied which does not feel good to my self-esteem. So I decided to communicate and let him come to me so I'm not get told no while I'm trying to seduce him. Last Saturday my friend came to visit me and we went out to the bars with his friend because he set up the whole thing and he always sets up the plans for every weekend and gets angry if I don't want to do them because he knows I'm depressed and I don't like getting out. We go to the bar and I drink a little too much and I got us kicked out it was nothing violent or serious. he didn't care we ended up walking home back to his friends house where he tried to find a left but he wasn't having any luck so I left to get red bull with my friend and said that we would be back in time. On the way there he called us and said "we are leaving right now" so without question I turned us around and met him on the road and we started walking to the destination. but to my drunken surprised he refused to talk to me and he didn't check for any of my things at his friends house so they were left there and then he was mad we had to go back so I said we didn't have to. This man still would not talk to me and through the biggest hissy fit even though my friend defended me and said I did nothing wrong. Now me hammered and hurt, I can't remember what I said but I exploded on him and said really mean things since he always does this type of thing and by doing so I gave him an actual reason to be angry. This was the last Saturday night and he still has not spoken to me unless hes had too. I apologize to him for being mean and said that wasn't my intention and told him I wanted to talk about it when he got home from work and when he got back he continued to ignore me in a passive aggressive way so I've been letting him do his thing since he knows I'm ready to work it out and I've been giving him subtle hints everyday about it. I just feel like he's trying to make me feel guilty or bad? And I did for a few days but after he kept ignoring me I said screw it I'm not going to feel bad about it anymore. Any thoughts?
