...See more 13th March 2014 On the scale of 1 to 10 in the depressive scale, I am in 6 today. It's a tiring day so far...struck by anxiety this afternoon :(( Found out my new anxiety trigger today....crowds...large crowds...and the human noises...it's scary!!! Came back home from the mall and triggered my anxiety even more coz there was a fierce thunder outside my house....I was soo scared....shut myself in the toilet for half an hour till i got better..... Now, the anxiety turmoil has subsided and I have to finish my assignments...meeting deadlines soon... Hope you had a better day than me :)) Cheers people :))
