I am a mother, a daughter, a friend, and a confidante. I have had a lot of experiences in my life and not all good, some outright horrible. I have learned to find the good in life, the small thing's are important. A beautiful sunrise or sunset, the laugh of a baby, an adorable animal, the smell of rain, snow, fresh cut grass, hay, or freshly turned soil, and the smell of the ocean. I have learned to release negative energy, not hold onto guilt for other peoples actions and to love and except myself and find my own value.
Sometimes just having someone to talk to, someone to just listen and not judge can turn the darkest days bright.
