Maybe you are lying awake at night wondering where things went wrong. Maybe the conversations have become arguments, the silence has become louder than words, or you feel like you are giving everything while receiving very little in return. If that is where you are right now, I want you to know that your feelings are valid. A relationship crisis does not always mean the relationship is over. Healthy relationships also need respect, honesty, communication, patience, and effort from both people. It is okay to feel confused. It is okay to cry. It is okay to admit that you are hurting. Try not to make major decisions in the middle of overwhelming emotions. Give yourself time to breathe, reflect, and understand what you truly need. Ask yourself whether you feel safe, respected, heard, and valued. Your happiness matters just as much as your partner's. Remember that you cannot force someone to change, and you cannot carry an entire relationship on your own. Love is a shared journey, not a burden for one person to carry.
