Bio
I am someone who has spent the last year doing deep work on understanding myself after a major life transition. That experience cracked open a lot of things I had been avoiding and gave me real empathy for people sitting in the middle of difficult moments.
I am a careful listener. I do not rush to advice or try to fix things. I notice what people emphasize and what they avoid, and I am comfortable sitting with grief, confusion, shame, and feelings that do not have neat resolutions.
I have personal experience with separation, depression, anxiety, and identity shifts. I am currently in therapy and on medication, and I have no judgment about anyone exploring those paths.
I will not tell you what to do. I will help you hear yourself more clearly. Sometimes I will ask a question that slows things down. Sometimes I will just witness what you are going through without trying to change it.
I am here for conversations about loss, separation, identity questions, finding meaning, struggles with motivation, or just needing someone to listen on a hard day.
