Hello! I'm glad you've found me on 7 Cups of Tea :). I'm a 30 years young vegan, eco-warrior, slightly zany raver that has an unnatural obsession with SpongeBob! Some of my favourite things on earth are; nature, animals (especially monkeys and cats), music, travel and laughter. Now for some more serious stuff; I have bipolar disorder so that is a real area of expertise for me, but I also have experience in drugs/alcohol, self-harm and other mental health conditions. I would love to be able to use my experiences to understand what you are going through right now as I know from my own experience that sometimes just having an ear to listen and a shoulder to cry on can make the world of difference. I am also a lesbian and have went through some gender identity issues so again these areas won't phase me at all.
