I struggle with depression on a regular basis but I hope to help someone in some small way and maybe get help of my own. Knowing you are not alone can be very helpful and comforting in itself. I love baking and eating, I am a total fat kid! I do many craft projects and I have a degree in History. I served in the military for a little while but got out when I had my first kid. I find it scary how much my depression can over take my life and to be honest I am not sure what really keeps me here sometimes. I do know that I lost my brother in law to suicide and I hope to help others find a better way to deal with this life. I read once that this will pass, it might feel like a kidney stone but it will pass.
