...See more This is my first time on this app I searched a lot for free sessions with psychiatrists, but it was more difficult than I thought. And now, I found this by accident.. Btw my trauma is, last educational year was my worst year ever. I've literally reached my worst educational level. But this year I started again and I changed a lot, but I didn't make it to get over it.. This haunts me every time. And I actually deleted so many things belong to the last year.. but every time I remember how bad I felt, how much stressed I was and how the anxiety ate me up like a badly weak person who have no days to live, and the results? We're so bad! Like tf I was doing? And when I remember my family, who still don't believe in me even tho I made a good job this year.. it feels like what hella life I'm living when no one believes in me. I wanna believe in myself, me and only me. It's been a while.. but when I remember it, it ruins my whole mood. I wanna remember it n I'm proud of myself, becus I made it, and I finished this year with the best results I've ever made but I can't. I wanna start with a really confident person and ignore that f feelings.
