Hello, my name is Maricella. I have experience with depression and substance abuse, which is officially under control now.
I came on here seeking advice, but found I enjoy listening as well as sharing experiences.
I think its healthy to vent. I think it's necessary. I grew up in a household where if you vent, or cry, or display any 'negative' emotions, you were punished.
I want you to vent to me, and hopefully I can help or, simply listen. :)
P.S. I'm a firm believer in tough love! It's hard to improve yourself without a little inner acceptance about where you're going wrong
