...See more hello everyone im new to this whole group thing... um im 24 about to be 25 on the 27th of June. I recently got diagnosed with BPD with adhd, anxiety, insomnia, and depression. On top of this I feel like my personalities are starting to become more like individual people. I know when they come out because I can feel it im still aware so its not like a black out but recently my young side has been showing small pieces of my trauma that I never remembered happening. Im on medication to keep me stable but I still have my days... my fiance tells me I care too much for people and i need to let it go but how does someone do that ?... i just idk i need someone to talk to who isn't gonna judge me when I have a melt down every month...
