Really great listener!
I was looking to speak to someone who would understand my feelings and offered a solution without dictating. I found exactly that, knowing that I did not need to give my name made me able to speak freely and I feel like I can manage the stress and emotions I was feeling much better now. If I needed to, I would absolutely come back to speak to someone and would suggest it to my friends should they need it as well.
Great support and very empathetic with lots of honesty and sincerity mixed in
