Helping and kind
She was wonderful and kind, immediately understood what I was going through.
She is incredibly kind and nice. I feel as though some 'listeners' aren't really helpful; they're just like a brick wall who respond with what anyone would say. She actually suggested things that made me feel better and she actually made me feel like she understood me. Thank you.

Rina is a diamond in the ruff. She is thoughtful, kind and warm and just strikes at the root of the problem. I felt heard, supported and understood. I cried a load of cathartic, healing tears during our chat. She is definitely one of the better listeners. She is engaging and just plain ol' amazing. More people need to tell her that.

I had a very thoughtful and helpful conversation over a couple hours. I didn't expect anything as I am a new user to the site but I had a lot of fun. I cried a little, but I didn't tell them this.
I'll be able to move forward without so much negative energy holding me back. Being able to confirm and define ideas I've had has helped incredibly.
