Hi, I am a dedicated young woman who wants to ensure that you will receive the support you deserve and entitled to! I suffer from Generalised Anxiety; Social Anxiety; Depression; Borderline Personality Disorder and Trichotillomania. I have also have a history of self harm and eating problems. I don't let my mental health hold me back though and I hope to use my own experience as a way to shine light into your own life! Just because we live with mental health, doesn't mean we should suffer. I will listen to anyone who contacts me and if not online, I will respond as soon as possible x
