Bio

I am Australian. I have a lived experience of mental health, as my mother was schizophrenic and I have inherited bipolar disorder. I have spent a reasonable amount of time in the Member Community Room, although I find that I have to sit up late to talk to all the people that I tend to talk to, or the 'regulars'! I would love to be more involved in the 7 cups community, as I have been a member for a while and would like to give something back.
