Hello, my name is Daniel, and I am a 25 year old full-time med student currently on my third year. I am currently volunteering part time at a Suicide prevention center servicing the Greater Boston area. Throughout my life, I have personally experienced hardships and thoughts of suicide. However, I am grateful that I had a support group around me who helped me through the lowest points of my depression. I am now trying to help others in the same way; sometimes all it takes is for someone to listen. It's the simple things in life that remind you that you are not alone and most importantly, that you matter. I hope I can provide some guidance or just simply aid in making you feel better.
