...See more Hi I'm looking for support for anxiety and depression and mood disorders I have 2 children I'm a stay at home mom and currently have been dealing with major anxiety and depression again to where I don't want to get out of bed and everyday life is hard again I want to learn how to cope and control my emotions I'm looking for more support and help controlling my mood swings and outbursts and I'm hoping learning coping skills and this will help better understand my triggers and emotions I do suffer from childhood trauma. I’m just looking to find someone out there who who experiences the same and who will listen and understand
