Hey, I am from the Uk and I moved to Australia nearly 6 years ago, i am really intrested in Mental health and read alot of books, I really want to be a counsellor. I am diagnosed with ADHD, Anorexia binge/purge subtype, Anxiety, and depression so of course I know most about these, but willing to talk to anyone.

...See more I have always loved food, I even wanted to be a chef, but It just all stopped I don't know why, I have never been "fat" maybe a bit chubby and like every teenage girl I wanted to be skinner, my mum has suffered from eating disorders although I don't really know what this consists of , but I always felt uncomfortable in front of her, she was always telling me things are fatning and that I should get out and exercise and now all she does is tell me I am too skinny, So I went to see a doctor ( I have suffered from depression and anxiety a long time) and he has told me to go to a psychiatrist next Friday, can anyone tell me what I should expect? I mean calories, eating to much, fear of certain foods, not eating, being sick I’ve done it all :( horrible I know I am mad at myself. Why did I let this happen, I know I’m not fat but I just always feel so fat. What should I be prepared for at the psychiatrist?
