Wellbeing Practitioner and Psychology graduate, formerly working in Education and Care. I enjoy cycling, gym, meditation, reading and the occasional anime. I have experienced social anxiety, loneliness and the stress of student life, so I am keen to reach out to those who need someone to talk to.

I believe in creating a comfortable and accepting environment for people to talk about their issues and organize their thoughts so they can make the best possible decisions for their wellbeing. Everyone has this ability, it just needs the right environment!
