Hello! I'm a recent grad who loves reading, crafting, baking and cooking as well as a cat mom of two. I have done a lot of work to get to the place I am right now with my own mental health, much of which I had to accomplish without much external support. So I have been there and I want to help. I know how complicated it can feel to discuss mental health with others who have not experienced the same things as you and how isolating that can feel. I am here to listen and help however I can.
