Hello i'm glad you found me on 7 cups of tea. I am a very accepting loving person who will always be there to help. I dealt with my own Anxiety and Depression and many other things. I got through it with a lot of help and guidance from others. Now it is my time to help others. I am always here to help and would love to hear all your stories and troubles. Let me tell you a couple of things about myself I grew up with a brother a mom and a dad in a small town 20 minutes away from manhattan in New Jersey. I have two dogs and my favorite hobbies are writing, reading and art.
