Hello! I'm Mia, I am 21 years old and my pronouns are she/her. I am a registered listener here at 7cups. Please be mindful that I'm not authorised to give advice, but I'm here to listen. What brings you to 7cups?

I struggle with anxiety, depression, autism, OCD and ADHD.

I specialise in those topics, as well as breakups, bullying, family stress, relationship stress, grief, LGBTQ+ topics, loneliness, managing emotions, panic attacks, self-esteem and self-harm, insomnia and sleep, social anxiety, student life and work stress.

I am also in the process of getting my psychology degree!

I know how it feels to feel helpless, alone, lost or sad. I want you to know that what you're feeling is nothing to be ashamed about. I'm here to be a friend, and help you through a hard time.
