Do I tell her how I feel?

...See more So I don’t usually like to vent to other people, but I really just need advice from someone that’s not involved in my life. My Mom started dating her now boyfriend around 3 years ago. Six months ago my mom and her boyfriend bought a house together and merged our two families. Her boyfriend has a daughter (19), who before moving in with me (18), never really talked or had much of a relationship besides a quick “hello how are you”. Since moving in, we began to spend more time around each other. Over time we began to hangout more and more and became pretty close. Now we spend hours almost every day with each other. She’s one of my best friends now and as I’ve gotten to know her better I’ve developed feelings for her. She’s not my type whatsoever but since getting to know her I realized how beautiful she really is. She’s the most amazing, funny, and smart girls I’ve ever met. She makes me so happy and I’ve completely fallen head over heels for her. I’ve had girlfriends in the past, but I’ve never felt this way about anyone to this extent. I want to tell her how I feel but I’m hesitant. I don’t want to ruin my family or risk losing my best friend. What should I do?
