For my 43(ouch) years playing this game of life, I can already say I've seen, heard, started and/or finished, it all...and I am still winning! I have 5 kids, oldest will graduate high school in spring, then comes my "gift" boys, 15 and 13, who came with my fiancé(engaged 7 yrs and counting)...15 is only human I know that can have current English grade of "6", caught up in hormones and drama...13 has been diagnosed by two completely separate practicing psychologists as having ADHD++...and yes, each one believed they had reached the label all on their own...then came the oh crap pregnancy at 35, to be told there were TWO...closing out my starting five are boy/girl twins that are now 8, and they did not 'level' any playing fields in my life, but dropped an atom bomb and attempted to fix with a tsunami...they were early, oldest wore golden gloves and youngest was down for the count for first 30 days of her life...she has more than made up for it in the years that followed...My current life is unemployed stay at home mom(as society sees it), which even with kids at school cannot find the 'tim'e that adults require to survive. Oh did I mention my other half...he gets pieces of me here and there, yet craves more attention than an infant nursing in extreme cold to satisfy hunger and warmth lmao! I've lived the life of many, walked in more shoes than imaginable, let it be side by side, carrying (or dragging) another, or being dragged myself... I've won, I've lost, I've tried, I've failed, I've loved, and I've lost...I will never judge, for I am FAR from qualified, I have smiled through tears, and had tears from smiling...I've drank, done drugs, made my share(and prob a few others) of bad choices, 'wrong' path has a plaque in my honor...But here I am...desperately searching for a rainbow after every storm that passes...or helping someone else find theirs...Optimism is one of my strengths...and I wont quit on you until you can find that one exceptional pearl in the ocean of oysters....because no matter how afraid of sinking one may be, the lifeboat will only save you if you yourself inflate the boat and get on board...
