She stopped a full on panic attack and she is the only person who has ever managed to do that, she was calm and proffesional but not hard. Easy to talk to and compassionate. If anyone is struggling with anxiety depression body issues and self esteem/loneliness I'd recommend her. New fav listener her responses are quick and she made me feel that I might be able to recover
