But that is the test of self control. If we keep ourselves cool and calm, and show emotional strength and patience, than psychological resilience begins to manifest in our personality. Soon, People start to realize that we are reliable and not susceptible to their predatory Baits. It's an easy way to out maneuver the games people play. Therefore, in my opinion, Patience is one of the greatest virtues one can have.

...See more Guys I have came to realize that my depression and many of my anxieties were because of reignless passions. I desired meaningless things ceaselessly, and fear not acquiring them. But that intense desire and fear make my life worse. The heppy moments lose their substance because of the greed of more "delusional" happiness, and sad times intensify the fear of upcoming perceived sadness. In the end, solution lies in taming my desires and reigning in my passions. Peace comes from within. I hope my thoughts provide your brains with food for inspiration.

...See more What is the meaning of life ? This question is as ancient as the humanity itself. People have come up with myriad of its answers. I won't dwell on them here though. When a person encounters such philosophical queries and lack their satisfactory answers, they fall in what we call existential crisis. But for most people, for the better part of their lives, their daily activities, life challenges and mundane worries keep them away from this existential enigma. So, in a way, our worries are very helpful. That's perhaps the beauty of life, and the duality of crises.
