Relationship Stress / by MidnightSilhouette

...See more I'm in a long distance relationship with someone that I'm truly in love with, at least I hope. While I was at work I met someone new, we chatted the whole time we were working and he asked if I wanted to get dinner after we finished our shifts, which I said sure to. We got our food and we sat in his truck to eat, now I'm a cuddly person and I really thought that's all he wanted was to cuddle in his truck for a bit while/after we ate, but I was wrong about that. *As a side note, I hadn't slept in 48 hours and was running on two Monster energy drinks so I was really tired and sleep deprived.* At one point in time we were just cuddling when he basically asked if I wanted to go out with him, except he asked it in a way where it wasn't even a question and I have bad social skills in certain things because I never want to hurt anyone's feelings, along to go with being sleep deprived, I said 'yes' before I even processed what had happened. Now, I have to figure out how to tell him I have a boyfriend, or I was just thinking about saying that I have a certain rule for relationships (since I actually do.) I never dive straight into full on commitment in the beginning of a relationship, I'm always trying to figure out if I'd be able to date someone without a bunch of issues showing up in the middle of it. But, I want to keep him as a friend and I don't want to ruin that already. So...what is the best thing to do that doesn't hurt his feelings and I can keep him as a friend, but also gets the point across that I'm unsure about the relationship..? Opinions(good or bad) and experience alike are all welcomed and greatly appreciated.
