Hi I'm Mikaela, I'm glad you found me on 7 Cups of Tea. I am a trained and long-time active listener. I like to support people struggling with a myriad of issues from mental illnesses to interpersonal relationship issues, substance abuse, family troubles, anxiety, mood disorders and much more. Especially, if other mental health services are not available or accessible.
I hold a postgraduate degree in a subfield in psychology and two Bachelors in Business and Psychology with a minor in Philosopy; this academic training helps me bring expertise to anyone who would like to/need someone to talk to and listen to them. I enjoy spending time with my family, philosophy, reading, socializing with friends, exploring the city, movies and television shows, music, keeping up news, continuously learning about the world, and, of course, helping others. My experiences throughout my life drives me to be the best listener I can be and be of service to those struggling.
