So I'm a military member and I have suffered from a traumatic brain injury as well as PTSD, I have an extensive history of therapy myself where I have learned tools and want to share those with others because that is ultimately one of the greatest things in life connecting with others. It is what we are meant to do but unfortunately our industrialized world has taken us away from the tribe or group standard of living and created an individualized society which is full of stress and feeling alone. As a listener, I would enjoy sharing this part of this journey with you and be part of your tribe. Hooyah :)
