Blocked a listener that literally insulted me, they didn't get banned

...See more Hello, Here's what I have experienced. I had a discussion with a listener but then they said that they had something to do and that they will answer me back later. Two days later I still didn't get any answer despite me trying to get back to them (seeing they were connected) so I said they didn't have to lie about answering to me and leaved a much deserved bad review, while keeping calm and polite of course. I was going to leave it at that but then the listener got very aggressive and insulted me using a copious ammount of swear words and personnal attacks based on the information I gave them about me not feeling well. I knew they were wrong and used lot of false assumptions and misconceptions about myself and instead of replying I immediatly blocked them and signaled what they did. However it still hurted me a lot. When you talk to a listener, it's that something is wrong, using that to insult someone that is already not feeling well is just unnacceptable. The worst is that they seemed pretty serious and had a lot of good reviews, so they just targeted me apparantly, despite the fact that I just exposed my problem and expected an answer since they promised they would do it, I was very polite all along. I received an e-mail thanking me for reporting the listener a week ago. However what disturbed me is that the listener seemed pretty sure of their power so today I googled the username to see if it was still on 7cup and guess what, it is still there. I think it's unnacceptable to not ban someone after they did something like this, especially on a website where the very premisce is to let people talk about their problems. Even if they have a lot of good reviews, it doesn't change the fact that they did this to me (maybe out of anger, I don't know) and if they did this to me, they could totally do this to someone else. By letting this listener here on 7cup you're making them win when they attacked and insulted someone that simply came here for what this website is for: looking for help on personnal issues.

...See more Hello, I'm trying to chat with listeners but after I write my message, hitting enter or clicking the send button doesn't do anything so I can't send anything in the chats. I tried on both google chrome and firefox, and this on two different computers, so I assume the problem must not come from me but from the website. I haven't been here for a long time but it worked fine before.
