I'm Morgan, a passionate volunteer here on 7 Cups and various organizations. I struggle with generalized anxiety and had a case of depression ten years ago. My ex-girlfriend suffered from borderline personality disorder. I want to take these experiences and my opportunity to be trained in mental health first aid and help others who may be struggling with the same!
