...See more it’s difficult for me to share this online but i’ve decided that i need some sort of outlet. to put it bluntly, lately i’ve been feeling like absolute shit. every single day feels like a repetition of the last one. the monotony is driving me crazy. i feel like my friends and family are getting tired of me. activities that used to make me happy, like drawing, now bore me and are becoming increasingly tedious. every time i look in the mirror i’m reminded of how ugly i am. i don’t know what to do

...See more Ever since middle school I've always been the 'quiet kid'. My classmates always made fun of me for it and never really expected me to say much. I don't talk much because I tend to stumble on my words and I'm afraid I'll mess something up and people will laugh at me. During online class I always mute my mic because I'm too anxious to say anything because I hate the way I talk. I'm in French class and there's a LOT of talking there and I really hate it. I was wondering if anyone had any advice on how to overcome this stupid irrational fear of speaking I have
