...See more My anxiety was mostly caused by the voice inside of my head. It kept on whispering fearfull thoughts and project fearfull scenarios inside of my head. But I learned to use it to my advantage. I use the voice manualy to say positive things in my head and visualize more positive scenarios than bad ones. It also helps a lot to love yourself and be okay with who you are (weirdness and awkwarness included). All my knowlege is all thank to God and Jesus. I would be lost without them and my anxiety would probably be much worse if I did not have God and Jesus in my life.♥️
